GBC Autism Services Expands To 5 Cities In Indiana To Help More People Receive Better In-Home ABA Services

The company is launching its services in Hammond, Merrillville, Highland, Hobart, and Crown Point Indiana to help transform the lives of more individuals with autism.

GBC Autism Services recently announced that they would be expanding their services into five cities in Indiana this year. This expansion will allow them to reach a wider population of patients who are put on waitlists by other service providers. The new locations include Hammond, Merrillville, Highland, Hobart, and Crown Point.

“We’re excited to expand our services to communities that need us most,” said Stephanie Gorbold, the Founder of GBC.

Approximately 14.35 per 1000 students in Indiana have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Every one of these individuals deserves attentive services but unfortunately, there are very few service providers in Indiana to help each individual. In fact, physicians are running out of service providers to recommend due to the already present long waiting lists.

GBC Autism Services provides an in-home ABA program where each participant can receive ABA therapy at their own pace, on their own schedule, with behaviors and routines to follow at home and essential skills to learn along the side.

The company has been offering ABA services in the Chicagoland area since 2014 and Normal Illinois and Peoria communities since 2019. They’re now ready to expand their scope of positive impact to other, much-needed parts of Indiana. According to the company’s plans, this is just a start as they plan to expand to other Indiana cities with new service options and corporate offices.
