Dan Edelston Yoga continues to make headway globally by bringing a game-changing yet simple and straightforward yoga technique to help embrace difficult change.
“Everything is continually changing – the weather, your relationships, or even emotions, nothing remains the same. While we know change is occurring, we still experience feelings of doubt, insecurity, or fear. That’s where the simple technique comes into the picture. It brings a life changing and straightforward solution hidden right below our nostrils,” says Dan Edelston, a certified Yoga Instructor.
Dan recently published a book titled “One Breath One Movement,” which teaches individuals how to embrace change and embody peace through yoga. The book empowers readers through understanding the science of yoga, the importance of breathwork, and providing a 30-day action guide.
The book is available in leading digital book stores, including Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
Dan Edelston is also the author of “The Mind-Body Melt,” which combines fitness, meditations, and affirmations into a system that people can use to improve their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
“Is yoga walking into the local boutique studio with a mat to exercise in a hot, 95-degree environment? Or is it traveling to India to meet with a guru who has a beard that’s longer than the red carpet at the Oscars? Technically, these are yoga. However, the answer goes beyond all the stereotypical versions of the practice. In its simplest, modern-day, Western definition, yoga means to bind, to create a union, to bring together – one breath, one movement,” explains Dan.
Aside from being a TEDx Speaker and Certified Yoga Instructor, Dan holds a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. He has spent more than a decade assisting his clients in improving their lives through an innovative health and wellness approach.
As a yoga teacher, Dan has seen first-hand how linking breath with movement can create massive changes for a person both on and off the mat.
“The yogic practice is the ultimate approach to embrace change in order for individuals to more easily navigate what can sometimes feel like the turbulent waves of their lives,” says Dan.
