Hypernova’s technology framework is becoming a priority for most companies due to its role in protecting small businesses from major disruptions. The technology framework helps to mitigate business, economic, and global disasters for small to large-sized enterprises.
Hypernova, founded by software engineer Cristion Brown, a Miami University alumni, provides the first technology framework to mitigate business, economic, and global disasters for small to large-sized enterprises. These “disasters” include government and health emergencies such as COVID and events such as a damaged storefront or maintaining sales during a location change.
Cristion noticed that businesses needed to use high-quality web applications in order to increase productivity and ultimately boost revenue during unforeseen disasters. To better equip these small and medium-sized businesses, he created Hypertection, a brand-new program that functions somewhat on an insurance-based model.
According to Cristion Brown, the Hypertection platform is a collection of automated tools companies customize and apply to their own business problems. He claims that the technology and life cycles they’ve developed over the last few years allow them to deliver web apps in much shorter time frames compared to traditional development shops. Cristion reveals the company used these concepts and recently completed a pilot environment in the fourth quarter of 2021, which extended into the first quarter of 2022. He says, “We were able to refine our
technology so that we can come out with a more practical release toward the end of this year. We’ve got a lot of good things on the way.”
Cristion has been programming since he was a junior in high school. He attended a computer science research program sponsored by Google and Bank of America in 2012, which was one of his first experiences connecting with code, seeing its impact right in front of his eyes. He graduated with a software engineering degree from Miami University.
