Pregabalin and methylcobalamin capsules are a combination of two medicines: pregabalin and methylcobalamin. Pregabalin acts by decreasing the number of pain signals sent by a damaged nerve in the body, and methylcobalamin helps rejuvenate and protect damaged nerve cells by producing a substance called myelin.
Precautions of taking pregabalin and methylcobalamin capsules
● You should take this medicine as prescribed by your doctor.● Let your doctor know if you are pregnant and breastfeeding.● Do not take it if you are allergic to ‘Pregabalin’ and ‘Methylcobalamin’ or if you have a history of heart, liver or kidney disease, alcoholism, or drug abuse.● It should not be used in children and adolescents below 18 years.● Do not drive or operate heavy machinery after taking it as this drug may cause dizziness or drowsiness.
The common side-effects of this medicine include dizziness, drowsiness, headache, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea, anorexia (loss of appetite), headache, hot sensation (burning pain), vision problems, and diaphoresis. Immediately tell your doctor if any of these side-effects persist.
