The Strata Community Association Awards for Excellence (SCA SA & NT) 2022 were once again hosted at the Adelaide Zoo on the 18th of November 2022. Stratarama Pty Ltd was awarded with the SA & NT SCA award for STRATA COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT SMALL BUSINESS.
This is the second consecutive time that Stratarama has received this award, having previously been awarded the Strata Community Management Small Business of the Year award at the 2021 SCA SA & NT Awards for Excellence. This award recognises a small-scale strata community management business that has devised and implemented strategies for service excellence, focusing on staff training, professional conduct and innovation.
Along with this award, the Strata Community Association further awarded Stratarama CEO & Body Corporate Manager, Tony Johnson the SENIOR STRATA COMMUNITY MANAGER of the year for 2022.
This is Tony’s first time receiving this great honour having previously been awarded the Best Strata Community Manager in SA three years running in 2016, 2017 & 2018 (prior to the Senior Manager Award being created). This award continues to highlight Tony’s standing as one of South Australia’s best (and most awarded) managers whilst also acknowledging him for the support, guidance and ongoing training provided to the entire Stratarama team.
At this Gala awards evening, Tony was also confirmed as one of South Australia’s first fellow level accredited Strata Community Managers, as he steps down from the SCA SA Executive Board.
Tony was also a finalist this year (as he was in 2021) for his essay on “Community Management and Building Developers.”
The Stratarama Accounts Manager, Clyde Mendonca, was also recognised in 2022 as a Finalist in the category of support team member.
This is a marvellous achievement and recognition of the works undertaken by Clyde in assisting the clients of Stratarama and also the contractors undertaking works on behalf of the various body corporates. Clyde was recognised as a person behind the scenes in a management business who has made an outstanding contribution assisting the managers and team to answer client and contractor queries with respect to, levy payments, accounts receivable, general payments, banking and much more. This was Clyde’s first time recognised as a Finalist in the SCA Awards for Excellence.
