Mr. Ingram specializes in assessing and auditing company commercialization strategies and then transforming go-to-market challenges into opportunities for financial growth. His bespoke customer adoption and sales strategies have consistently driven revenue escalation, expanded market share, and fostered customer loyalty. Some of Mr. Ingram’s notable achievements include; turning around a company’s field sales organization leading to a successful acquisition by Stryker, propelling regional-based revenue to an impressive $3.5M without GPO contracts, and elevating hospital c-level meeting acceptance rates by an unprecedented 9X. He has personally impacted sales well over $55M.
