Having a background in hospitality can be a huge plus when seeking success in the real estate industry, and that background is what Kelly Campbell aims to capitalize on. Kelly has recently joined award-winning Dubai brokerage Luxury Property as a Private Client Advisor and is among the latest additions to a growing team. 

One of the firm’s villa specialists, Kelly operates across residential communities that are spread across the vast stretch of Dubai that is known as the Dubailand district. This area, once considered the outskirts of the city, is a thriving destination for families who are seeking a tranquil retreat from the hectic pace of urban life. Kelly is part of the leasing team at Luxury Property, providing expert guidance for those seeking a long-term home.

Originally from Australia, Kelly has found a second home in Dubai over the past 16 years. For the first 8 years of being in the city, she was part of the cabin crew at the globally renowned UAE airline Emirates. Her tenure with the airline gave her the perfect opportunity to develop and sharpen her customer service skills and gave her the chance to interact with high-end clients from all over the world. Following that, Kelly took up an elite position with the Royal Family of Dubai, joining their private jet crew. She would spend another 8 years in that role, further honing her skills in managing high-net-worth individuals.

After more than a decade and a half of flying around the globe, Kelly sought an opportunity that would ground her, both literally and figuratively, in a steady routine. She wanted to challenge herself in new ways and explore a different industry and having a bit of real estate experience back in Australia, that was the ideal choice. 

“My friend Georgia works at Luxury Property and has often told me good things about the company,” says Kelly, referring to Georgia Peacock, a Senior Private Client Advisor who specializes in luxury villa and mansion sales. “That wasn’t the main reason I joined the company, but it did help to build a positive image. When I was ready to move into real estate, Luxury Property was at the top of my mind and, purely by chance, I was contacted by their recruitment team so it worked out nicely.”

With a knack and a genuine passion for helping people, Kelly enjoys the process of finding the perfect home for her rental clients. Every deal has its obstacles but clearing them are part of the journey that she enjoys. By the end of 2024, Kelly aims to transition into the sales market and to continue her 16-year streak of routinely exceeding expectations.
